We identified the property’s suitability for a supported living scheme and successfully sourced the site on behalf of our client. Throughout the planning process, we provided strategic advice and ongoing support to ensure the application progressed efficiently and was approved within the required timeframe. This proactive approach enabled our development partner to commence works on site promptly, minimising delays and allowing the operator to bring the scheme into operation as quickly as possible.

We successfully sourced and acquired the former Wildlife public house site, securing full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site into a purpose-built scheme comprising 8 specialist care apartments and 13 supported living apartments. The project involved identifying the opportunity, managing the acquisition process, and navigating the planning strategy to deliver a consented scheme aligned with local authority and operator’s requirements.

Acting on a client brief to develop an orthopaedic surgical theatre in Scunthorpe, we undertook a targeted site search and presented a range of suitable land opportunities for the client’s consideration. Following the selection of a preferred site, we successfully negotiated the acquisition and managed the planning application through to approval. The project demonstrates our ability to work constructively with the client to meet their requirements, manage site acquisition, and progress specialist healthcare developments through to consent.

Following the acquisition and delivery of a senior living care home, we undertook a detailed review of the wider site to identify opportunities to optimise the residual land. Working with the operator, we secured consent for the development of 6 residential cottages, unlocking additional value from the site. The cottages were sensitively designed to complement the existing senior living scheme and align with local planning policy. Upon completion, we also facilitated the letting of the units to over-55 residents.

Following a detailed site assessment and commercial appraisal, we acquired a former factory site and progressed it through the planning process. By working closely with planning consultants and key stakeholders, we secured planning consent for a 56-bed senior living care home. The project redeveloped brownfield land and delivered a fully consented scheme in an area that had a large undersupply for care beds and had been targeted by the operator for an extended period of time.

Following a client brief to identify a suitable senior living care home site within the town, we undertook a targeted search and successfully sourced an infill site located on the edge of a new-build residential development. Recognising the site’s strong suitability for care use, we secured its acquisition and progressed it through the planning process. The result was a consented scheme for a 58-bed senior living care home in an area with a clear demand for a high-quality purpose-built care facility.
